How long does delivery actually take?

Orders dispatch within 24 hours of confirm (Mon–Fri). For metros it usually lands in 3 days. For smaller pincodes it can take 6–7. We’ll share the courier link on WhatsApp once it’s out.

What payment options do you take?

UPI, GPay, Paytm and bank transfer. No COD yet — the failed-delivery rate made it unworkable for a small operation like ours. We send a receipt the moment payment lands.

What if I want to return something?

No formal portal — just message us within 48 hours of delivery if the product’s unused/unopened and we’ll arrange pickup. Babies grow fast, things don’t fit, it happens.

Do you do gift boxes or bulk for showers/daycares?

Yes — message us with the budget, headcount and event date. For 25+ units the pricing is different; we’ll quote on chat.
